Leroy Kelson IV
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Leroy Kelson IV is a dedicated educator, transformational leader, and advocate for educational equity.
As a Public-School Administrator for The School District of Palm Beach County, he provides strategic instructional leadership, empowering teachers to enhance classroom instruction and drive student success.
His passion for fostering literacy and lifelong learning led him to establish Grow Lit Project, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to advancing literacy development and bridging educational gaps for underserved communities.
A distinguished member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Leroy actively engages in leadership and civic initiatives. He is a proud graduate of New Leadership Council Palm Beach and Leadership Florida (Education Class 8) and serves on the Palm Beach County Fair Housing and Equal Employment Board, where he advocates for fairness, inclusion, and equal opportunity.
Leroy holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education, a Master’s in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco, and a Bachelor’s in Public Management from Florida Atlantic University.
